Universal Energia is an Indian supplier and e-commerce distributor of solar energy products and Balance of System (BOS) materials.
2. Pricing Policy
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice due to market fluctuations and manufacturer revisions.
Quotations or proforma invoices issued by us are valid for 2 days unless otherwise specified in writing.
Shipping, packing, insurance, or installation charges (if applicable) will be communicated separately.
We reserve the right to correct any product, pricing, or typographical errors on the website.
3. Order Policy
Orders may be placed through the website or via official email confirmation.
All orders are subject to availability and approval by Universal Energia.
Once payment is made and order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Typical delivery timeline is 1–7 working days after receipt of advance payment or as mutually agreed.
If delays occur due to logistical or stock constraints, we will inform you promptly.
4. Payment Terms
Full advance payment is required before dispatch unless alternative terms are approved in writing.
Accepted payment methods include:
NEFT / RTGS / Bank transfer
UPI / Online Payment Gateway (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)
Cheque or demand draft (subject to clearance)
Payments must be made only to the official Universal Energia account.
Payments are non-refundable except in cases of verified defective product delivery or company error.
Ownership of goods passes to the buyer only after full payment is received.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery is typically completed within 1–7 working days after advance payment.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, stock, or logistics.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Risk and title pass to the buyer upon handover of goods to the courier or transport service.
Buyers must inspect goods at delivery and report visible damage within 24 hours.
6. Warranty Clause
All products are covered under the manufacturer’s standard warranty only.
Universal Energia does not provide additional or extended warranty unless specifically stated.
Warranty claims must include:
Original invoice
Product serial number
Photographs and description of the defect
Warranty does not cover:
Improper installation
Physical damage or mishandling
Natural wear & tear, lightning, or power surges
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Repair or replacement is subject to manufacturer approval.
The manufacturer or authorized service center’s decision is final.
7. Returns & Refunds
No returns, replacements, or refunds are permitted once the product is dispatched and accepted.
Returns will only be accepted in cases of:
Wrong item delivered
Confirmed manufacturing defect
Returns require prior written approval and must be in original packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Customers must ensure installation by qualified professionals.

All logos, brand names, and product names belong to their respective owners.
Product specifications and warranties are provided by manufacturers.
Universal Energia is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or installation.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana (India) courts only.
11. Force Majeure
Universal Energia is not responsible for delay or failure in performance caused by unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, lockdowns, or transport restrictions.
